I always get super excited when I get to photograph a Degas House wedding because, without fail, every couple that I’ve photographed there has been so kind, thoughtful and laid back. Hannah and David’s Degas House wedding was legit no exception. I got to spend so much time getting to know Hannah, David and their families. All of their hearts are so warm and wonderful. They basically spent the entire day laughing, smiling, and sneaking little glances at each other. I LOVE when couples sneak tiny glances at each other! It’s one of the cutest things, and melts my heart every. single. time.
Even though they had a Degas House wedding, Hannah and David still wanted to take some time to do couples portraits at City Park. We basically spent the entire time just hanging out and laughing. I love it when couples decide to set aside a lot of time for portraits of just the two of them on their wedding day. I feel like it’s a perfect time to just breathe and focus on each other. Anyway, here are some favorites!
Also, random side note for brides who are venue hunting! Check out this wedding I photographed at the Pitot House this past fall. It has a similar vibe!
