I posted a bunch of film photographs from Angelique and Andrew’s gorgeous Race and Religious wedding, but now you guys get some digital ones!!! Whenever I’m editing a wedding from here it makes me want to live there so much!! It’s SUCH a beautiful place Happy Wednesday!

This was one of the most fun I’ve ever had at an engagement session. We started off in City Park to take some photographs in the pretty light, moved downtown to Bourbon, and finished off with a powdered sugar fight at Cafe Du Monde!!!! Here are some of my favourites

I felt a crazy bond with Jaynie and Alex before we even meet in real life! Turns out that Jaynie and I share the same birthday (July 15th!). Us Cancer girls always get along I shot their engagement session yesterday at Audubon Park… and to make things more awesome they brought their doggie, Ziggie!!! She was so much fun! We were trying to get her to look at the camera and then Jaynie said to try saying “Dinner Time!” and it worked!!! Anyway, here are a couple Polaroids from their session! Shot on Impossible Project PX-70 Color Shade film (I think the test version) using an SX-70 Alpha One Happy Tuesday!

I am not one that is very good with words. I prefer to explain everything in photographs Patricia (a fantastic graphic designer!!) and Kenny (Pralines anyone?!) had one of the most beautifully creative weddings I’ve ever seen at the fantastic Race and Religious in New Orleans!!! I have soooo many photographs that I wanted to share, so be warned this post is a little photo heavy! Patricia made the invitations, the table runners, the list goes on!!! I’ll let you guys go crazy over her awesomeness

For the most part, something usually happens beyond anyone’s control at a wedding. Someone gets lost, the ceremony starts late, sparklers attack photographers, the usual. This was one instance though were just about everything that could possibly go wrong did, and more! They had to change their venue TWO DAYS before because of crazy storms, and they almost didn’t get their second line! Luckily for them Merideth pulled off the impossible (more on that later on), but either way the smiles never left Jen or Bobbies faces. They were just so happy to be marrying each other that all of the little things (ok big things!!!) never even bothered them!!! Sooo here is their super pretty sneak peek Luminous Events did the beautiful candle display in the background!! SO MUCH PRETTINESS! Happy Monday!

Sometimes I get a little crazy with editing/emailing/weddings and I forget to post sneak peeks!!! Kathryn and Tyler got married at the famous St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square! It was the first time I had ever photographed a wedding there, and it was so beautiful! Their reception followed the ceremony across the street at Pat O’s on the River. It was a blast Here is a photograph taken in the courtyard of the St. Louis Cathedral, right after their first look! Happy Saturday!

I have so many awesome things to say about this wedding!!!! First of all, Lauren and JD did a first look which made for some SUPER lovely photographs! Then they got married at the beautiful Hotel Mazarin in the New Orleans French Quarter. OH! Check out the beautiful paper lanterns and STRING LIGHTS!! Here are some of my favourites Happy MONDAY!

I feel like I’ve known Clare and Larry forever. Clare was a bridesmaid in Jessica’s wedding last year, then I photographed their engagement photographs, and then their wedding at City Park last night!! We were so scared it was going to rain, but the weather ended up being the best thing ever. All of the crazy wind brought out the beauty in Clare’s dress! AAK! Here is their sneak peek! April is such a crazy time in New Orleans Weddings and engagements and festivals (JAZZ FEST AHH!)!!! Carrie and Corey got married today at the The Inn on Bourbon! I had tons of fun with Merideth Reed from Belle Soiree!!! More to come!
