Sometimes I get to photograph couples who are so in love that they can’t stop smiling. Emily and Ian are one of those couples
They eloped on July 15th, but it was my birthday so we decided to just have an elopement portrait session the day before! It was crazy hot outside (thank you New Orleans in July!!) but they were so happy you would have never guessed
Plus, the light was perfect. Seriously, I always try to get my couples to have their engagement or portrait sessions done outside at the end of the day… magic time as my boyfriends sister calls it
But anyway, Emily and Ian I love you guys and thank you so, so, SO much for letting me be apart of your amazing elopement!

Blog Love X3!
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010
Okie. I really want to thank all of the wonderful blogs that have been kind enough to feature my photography on their sites! Seriously, it means so much to me to see my pictures alongside some of the wedding photographers that I literally worship. So thank you guys for making me the happiest little girl in the entire universe
The first feature was Erika and Chris’s wedding which was posted on the Intimate Weddings Blog! Seriously if you guys are planning a tiny wedding their site is WONDERFUL for inspiration!
Oh I LOVE Inspired By This. Seriously. They featured the button bouquet and cake from Elizabet and Oz’s wedding on a post they did about wedding buttons! Check out the feature here and their entire awesome site here!
Sienna Wedding featured Elizabeth and Oz’s wedding on their blog too! Check out the post here and her fantastically awesome blog here.
Again, a huge thank to all of you guys
You’re all so wonderfully awesome!!! Stay tuned tomorrow for photographs from an elopement session I did in Audubon Park back in July
Seriously, the light is beautiful, and my couple was even more so. I <3 you guys
Sneak Peek: Aaron and Melinda • Engaged!
Monday, September 13th, 2010
I had never been to San Francisco before this past weekend. So, when Aaron and Melinda emailed me about going to do their engagement pictures, I of course had to go! And oh my, it’s SO beautiful there! I’m crazy in love with the weather and the fantastically cool architecture. But honestly, the best part of my job is the wonderful and fun people that I get to meet and hang out with. Aaron and Melinda (and their doggie!) are AMAZING! We drove all around San Francisco through Russian Hill, The Mission, and down to this tiny little beach by the Marina (where you can see the Golden Gate Bridge!). They were so much fun and got so into the session and had a million amazing ideas for shoots (since I had no idea where anything is). But seriously, I love them and I feel so happy to have meet such fantastically cool people
More to come!!
Blog Design Version 3.0
Wednesday, September 8th, 2010
Sometimes I can’t help but redesign my website… or blog. That’s what I did today… I had an idea and went for it! I hope you guys like it! It’s a lot more modern than my last version, and the photographs are a little bigger. If you notice any wackyness with the site functionality or design (such as random things floating in random places) then just send me an email and let me know. If you let me know what operating system and browser you’re using then I’ll be able to fix any issues more quickly
Yes, I am a secret web nerd… And since every post is more fun with a photograph, here is a picture of my boyfriends sisters shadow… and her birthday balloons! Yippie!
Blog Design Update!

Just a tiny note to let you guys know that if you come to my blog and it looks a little funky, just come back later
I’m working on implementing my redesign!
