I suggested to Sheena that we go to Audubon Zoo for her Trash The Dress session since I have a membership and they have a carousel 
We had SO much fun with this shoot, the weather on Saturday absolutely perfect and Sheena was completely willing to go along with all of my random ideas… she even got in the fountain! I love how the shoot went from bright and fun to slightly dark and mysterious. These are my favourites and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them!

Chaz and Tricia were married this past Saturday at City Park in New Orleans. They had a tiny, romantic ceremony under some old oak trees… the only people there were the minister and myself. I was even asked to be witness on their marriage certificate! I was very touched Even though it was a small ceremony it was amazing to photograph because they were both so happy! I had never been to City Park before so I was overwhelmed with all the old bandstands and places to take photographs. Below are some of my favourites!
I was really excited when Oz and Elizabeth contacted me about engagement photos. Their description of themselves is a “jeans and converse guy” and a “heals and sundress girl” and they’re exactly that! I took their photographs early on Saturday morning outside of a restaurant called The Cabin in Gonzales. They were so fun and always willing to go along with my crazy ideas (standing in the middle of a deserted highway anyone?) and the weather was absolutely beautiful! A few of my favorites are below!
